Muktamani Devi, also known as Moirangthem Muktamani Devi, is an inventor and businesswoman from the Indian State of Manipur who, from modest beginnings, developed a company to produce hand-knitted woolen shoes. She was born in December 1958. The shoes are produced by the Kakching, Manipur-based Mukta Shoes Industry, which was founded in 1990. The business is included in the wool and knitting embroidery division of the District Industries Center in Thoubal.
