Lalgarh Residence is a royal palace in Bikaner that is located 5 kilometres from the Bikaner Fort and 4 km from the Bikaner Junction Railway Station. One of the best locations to see in Bikaner, it is one of the few palaces that the British ordered for the Indian monarchs. The Lalgarh Palace in Bikaner is one of the most impressive palaces in Rajasthani history, standing amid the regal magnificence and telling the magnificent tales of royalty. Between 1902 and 1926 CE, British architect Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob constructed the palace for Maharaja Ganga सिंह। A prime example of Indian, European, and Mughal architecture is the Lalgarh Palace. Red sandstone quarried from the local area is used to construct the three-story building.
